About Your Contractor

Steve Young is a licensed Class B Air Conditioning Contractor with over 25 years of experience working in the HVAC industry on the west coast of Florida. He is a 6th generation Florida native and grew up in Sarasota. Steve has over 25 years experience in repairing and servicing residential and light commercial AC and heat pump systems. In his years with other large AC companies, he was positioned as foreman of teams installing and replacing systems in commercial and residential buildings. Throughout his career, he was recognized as a trustworthy mentor and was regularly assigned to work with new technicians as a training teacher. His positivity and drive made him a favorite of his previous employers. He is skilled in laying out designs and installing all brands and types of systems - including new complete systems with ductwork in previously unconditioned spaces. He also specializes in servicing and installing all brands of Mini Splits and is a registered Mitsubishi contractor.  Steve enjoys his work and believes the way to build and maintain long term costumers, is to put honesty and humility first. Every job is completed to code, and to his high standards. He guarantees all concise and completed work. No corners are cut! Each and every customer is a priority. He is building his business with his wife Erin (pictured with him above) and is inspired by his two sons and supportive extended family. His youngest Alex (also pictured above) is eager to be a part of the family business too!
